Our Balance Shaft Module (BSM) Delete Kit for the B5.5 Passat TDI (BHW) is a collection of parts from other engines that eliminates the bulky, and expensive stock oil pump module.

You have the option to upgrade to the BRM versions of the Oil Pump Sprocket, Chain Tensioner and Chain in the drop down menu below. You can also choose to upgrade from the Topran oil pump to an OEM version.

NOTE: The original module is quite heavy, and offsets some of the engines' vibrations. Eliminating this module will introduce some vibration to the vehicle. A clear understanding of the pros and cons of this modification, as well as the installation procedure, and tools required to install, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
