VW and Audi consider manual transmission oil to be a "lifetime fluid". There is only a recommendation to check the level every 32,000km, and to top it up as necessary. As enthusiasts, we recommend that your old fluid be drained every 64,000km, and filled with fresh fluid.

This 1L bottle of Febi SAE 75W (GL-4) is a synthetic manual transmission fluid that offers increased gearbox efficiency and aids in reduced fuel consumption in passenger cars due to its low viscosity.

This fluid is used in a number of different 5spd and 6spd transmissions. It's recommended to have 3x bottles on hand, as refill capacity is generally between 2.3-2.6L.
