The subframe in your vehicle has two main bushings that insulate you from noise, vibrations, and harshness (NVH). In time, regular use will cause the bushings to deteriorate, increasing NVH to the cabin. The normally connected feeling that you have when driving will lessen, and if left long enough, the bushings could wear to the point that your subframe could move about.
