It’s no surprise that the steel rear calipers on the mk2, mk3, B3, and B4 chassis vehicles fail as often as they do. The last time one was installed on a car at the factory was over a decade ago!
Now you can upgrade from those heavy steel calipers to brand new lighter weight mk4 aluminum calipers.
Our kit includes new TRW calipers and DOT approved rubber brake lines with banjo fittings and seals.
While everything is apart, you may want to consider purchasing a rear caliper slider pin kit. And don’t forget the brake fluid!
Note: this kit reuses the stock caliper carriers, and are not a direct replacement for rear drums.
